About Us

Off To Explore Outfitters was born from a mindset, one where thoughts are consumed with the next adventure.  We represent a passion for exploration and the great outdoors. We are determined to seek out adventure and new experiences around every turn and in all of our travels. 

It all began with a cross country road trip in 2014. My wife and I packed all three of our kids into a 4 door Jeep and headed out West! We traveled from our home in North Carolina to the Black Hills of South Dakota, then on to Glacier National Park and Yellowstone, then to Moab, Utah and Southwest Colorado before returning back home. Sure we had been on many vacations and adventures before but none quite like this one. This one, this trip, this adventure sparked a fire in us that we had never felt before. We knew we had to go back and experience more amazing places and adventures. We have since traveled to the remote wildernesses of our great country many times, perfecting our way of traveling and fulfilling our need for adventure and exploration.
